Return or Exchange Policy

 If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, next conditions will be considered:

  • Returned  or exchange items must be returned in original packaging.
  • Returned or exchange items must have no visible signs of use.
  • Returned or exchange items transaction will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
  • Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Seasonal items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • We are not responsible for any damage/defected Foil Balloons. No exchange or returns allowed. 

To initiate a return or exchange, please visit our store with the receipt or send an email to sales@festiusacom to get an authorization of the transaction. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued for unauthorized returns. Then you have 7 calendar days to send the package back to the store. Any shipping fees the customer will need to pay.
