At FESTI, we strive to provide the best quality for your party needs. If you are looking to return or exchange your order, please review the following conditions:

1. Condition of Items: Returned or exchanged items must be in their original packaging and show no visible signs of use.

2. Restocking Fee: All eligible returns or exchanges are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

3. Final Sale Items: Please note that discounted items and seasonal items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

4. Process:

4.1. To initiate a return, you must visit our store with your receipt or email us at sales@festiusa.com to receive a transaction authorization.

4.2. Unauthorized returns will not be eligible for refunds or exchanges.

4.3. Once authorized, you have 7 calendar days to return the package to our store.

5. Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all shipping fees associated with the return or exchange.
